Yes, it is what it is called; wholesale. This is not a retail store for small quantities and is not geared for that. Many items can be purchased in small quantities too, but there is no express lane, as that is not what this outlet is for. Don’t expect it to be a convenience store, they never said it is one. It is a great place to buy supplies for parties or other large volume people feeding events.

I had an issue with my water softener and went into the store for advice. The guys were amazing. They told me what the issue was, showed me how to fix it and supplied the parts. They came through for me when I was in time sensitive situation. I cant thank them enough.

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I would 100% recommend Lori to anyone looking for a pet sitter, or for someone with experience and extensive knowledge of animal care! Lori has been a joy to work with, and put me completely at ease with her warm, friendly personality when I approached her to pet sit my cat Rosie. Rosie adored her time with Lori, and felt safe and at ease in her presence. Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations!
