Lealta Building Supplies is a locally owned business that was started in 1960 by Eugene Modrzejewski as a supplier in finishing materials, specializing in plywood and hardwood. In 1985, Eugene's son George, purchased the company and expanded the business to include finishing hardware, framing materials, power tools and the Ace Hardware line of paint. In 2005, Dave Jackson became part owner of the company. Together George and Dave bring a combination of 65 years' experience in the industry to the company. At the Lethbridge Home Depot today, we bought several components to make cabinets. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the great lady who helped us. She lifted some very heavy boxes, climbed up on a ladder to get some very hard to get other packages we needed and overall was very helpful and courteous.
