I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. Thank you to the young man who took time to stop what he was doing and checked my tire pressure. My light came on suddenly on my way home from Grand Bend to Sarnia. He checked all 4 tires and filled the ones that were a bit low. Wonderful service. So glad someone was there!
