I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful.
