I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Excellent Customer service. I would highly recommend this company as the sales staff was very helpful to explain the features of each model to make an appropriate choice. I even got help to load the product into my car. I had an issue with the rangehood light that I noticed when installed. We recently moved houses and the refrigerator that we inherited with the new house would not cool
properly,and after calling many repair company's we chose Major appliance, it turned out to be a good choice
As we had just moved I was broke and could not afford to pay very
much to fix it, the repairman went out of his way to make sure
that our fridge was working again without a big repair bill ! I will
definitely call them again if we have any future problems with out
