Orchid Greens can be traced back to Hong Cong Yuen, the man who made it all possible. He founded Fuxing Greenhouses in 1973, and was the one who put in place all operational and technical standards for Orchid Greens. Starting out as a hobbyist back in the early 1940s at the age of 16, Hong Cong Yuen went on to develop new methods in creating various new Orchid specimens.
