We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! We ordered a pizza tonight.......an Old Soprano Special and it was wonderful. I have two Japanese students staying with me and they said the pizza was "very delicious". Delivery was a little slow, maybe ten minutes......but worth waiting for.
