I have used Frantastic Events on numerous occasions for my kids birthdays as Fran's cakes are amazing and totally nut free and gluten free if you need it. I also hired Fran to do my wife's 30th birthday party in terms of catering and the food was absolutely amazing and every guest commented on the quality of the food and the value for money was also top drawer! I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. In 1973, the Province of Ontario passed the Regional Municipality of Durham Act to establish Durham as one of five Regional governments in the Greater Toronto Area. The Act annexed and amalgamated 21 former municipalities of the counties of Ontario, Northumberland and Durham to form eight area municipalities: Ajax, Brock, Clarington, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge and Whitby. Members of the first Regional Council were elected late in 1973 and the Regional Municipality of Durham began operating on January 1, 1974.
