I can assist you with relationship and family issues; parenting; helpful approaches to managing stress and anxiety; overcoming depression; recovery from eating disorders and addictions, trauma-based guilt and shame, self-esteem, peer issues, life transitions, and changing self-defeating behaviours through mindfulness approaches.
