When asked about follow up service, he offered references. Debbie, the administrator, was patient and accommodating of my special requests. I started seeing Steve at Downtown Physiotherapy after a neck injury left me unable to turn or move my head and I was in a considerable amount of pain. Steve was able to get me in right away, completed a full assessment, & then started a course of treatment. Steve takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. Steve is a very compassionate and caring person that genuinely cares about each of his patients. I would highly reccomend Steve to anyone that requires physiotherapy!

We were visiting Kingston on Sunday when our windsheild was shattered. We called around trying to get a replacement windshield and despite being closed, the owners came in and gave us a temporary fix that would get us home safely. They then sent someone out the following day (we live 3hrs from the store) to replace our windshield. The service we received at Discount Auto Glass was excellent and we would highly recommend them.
