The Sibthorpe sons successfully managed and grew the business for 30 years. In 2005, Longtime employees John Franzky, Darrell Elliott, Kurt Christensen, Kevin Senior and Dave Leung joined the ownership group as well as Joel Sibthorpe. A lot has changed since the store's early days. The store has grown to become Canada's largest and most successful bicycle retailer.

It all started from a little vilalge called Kherbet Rouha in Lebanon. The Elkadri family developed great tasting Middle Eastern food from generations of handed down recipes. Now, we've brought our traditional recipes to you in Canada. We offer you authentic spices and flavours from these same recipes, and hope you enjoy them as much as we have.
