Owners are always on premises and involved in all aspects of the business from sales and production to quality control and product development. Our 'hands-on' approach allows us to react quickly to our customers' needs and to maintain a high quality product that we - and our customers - can be proud of.We currently operate a variety of dye machines ranging in size from 100# to 800# each. Our current weekly capacity is approximately 50,000#, but could be increased up to 100,000# a week at this location
We are licensed for both imports and exports by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, European Union & are HACCP approved for storage of frozen beef, pork, chicken, turkey, bison, lamb and other meats, fish and seafood, packaged goods and entrees, fruits and vegetables for worldwide shipping & receiving. Clients use Iceberg for same day receiving and shipping and long term storage. Iceberg Cold Storage is a frozen food warehouse located in the heart of Canada servicing manufacturers, producers, foodservice, retail, brokers and distributors for over 25 years.
