Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the heat Jeremy. We purchased a gas fireplace from Priority Mechanical in Ayr, last fall. During the winter we found the fireplace did not supply enough heat, so I contacted Jeremy, the Service Manager. He was at our door the next day and made suggestions and requested we contact him if not any better. In 4 days the problem remained . We contacted Jeremy again. He came the next day. replaced some parts and did the work himself after hours. Thanks Jeremy.Good job

It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with.
