As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

The Sibthorpe sons successfully managed and grew the business for 30 years. In 2005, Longtime employees John Franzky, Darrell Elliott, Kurt Christensen, Kevin Senior and Dave Leung joined the ownership group as well as Joel Sibthorpe.
A lot has changed since the store's early days. The store has grown to become Canada's largest and most successful bicycle retailer.
