In 1986, Ms. Schroeder established Charisma with the vision to make "good design" more accessible to the average consumer. As a result, Charisma has earned a reputation for professionalism, creativity and accessibility.

Focus Design is a Winnipeg based company providing customers with exquisite excavation service, landscapes and original decorative concrete designs. We undertake both digging out and hauling in of materials. Focus Design also provides additional services such as trenching, ditching and clearing. We also have experience and expertise in building one of kind scenic creations, from driveways to retaining walls and flowerbeds.
