Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

We had Mr.Plunger come to remove & reinstall our dishwasher to spray a pesticide foam to fill in all spaces behind it to prevent mice coming in.

John Russell graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1989, and has been in private practice since that time. John has received extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy and exercise science courses. He has been an international instructor of St. John Neuromuscular Therapy seminars, as well as Muscle Balance and Function exercise courses.
