I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

Great Service! Called in the afternoon because my garage door would not come down. They had a repair man out within two hours and had the problem fixed right away.
