I suffer from bad migraines (enough to contemplate moving away from Calgary “Chinook Migraines”. With all the articles lately of issues with ibuprofen & acetaminophen that it scares me to take them. I decided to try Acupuncture & was able to get in with Dr. Kohlman. It was amazing. Combined that with their Chinese Herbs Head Relief & it definitely helps! I’ve also started with her consultations for health and dealing with things as I can, and have been noticing a huge difference!

I have been practicing at Soul since they first opened in Dec 2011 and I must say it is one of the most gorgeous studios in Calgary. I have been practicing and teaching in Calgary for the last few years and have been so happy to find Soul Hot Yoga as it is so close to home in South Calgary (McKenzie). Aside from the gorgeous decor, imppecable cleanliness, cooling face cloths after class and welcoming front desk staff, the CLASSES are awesome! Every class is different and wherever you are in life, you can find a class suited to your level/preference all in one day. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea about 4 years ago. Dr. Alonso and the sleep techs have been very helpful and I am happy to say that my sleep has greatly improved and it's much easier to wake up in the morning. No more feeling sleepy in the afternoon :-) Initially, CPAP was hard but I got used to the therapy with the help of everyone at the clinic.
