Crown lands represent 25 %, or 8,671 hectares (21,591 acres). basin drains the village communities Paquetville, Petit-Paquetville Rang St-George, of Duguayville of Hacheyville, Val-Doucet of St. Rose of Maltempec, Evangeline, Pokemouche, Six Roads and Inkerman.
