I lost my wallet near the restaurant and one of the worker (Joyce) found it and immediately reported it to her manager/supervisor Kizzie and she reached out to me through FB. I really appreciate the effort of trying to give my wallet back which has all my important information. Thank you so much for all the staff!

Of all the McDonald's in Durham region, this one is the fastest. There can be 10 cars in line (drive through) and you're through with your order in just a few minutes. It never takes as long as the line up makes you think it will be. Always a smile at the window too.

I was astounded by the customer service here. I came in the morning for breakfast. After ordering and promptly receiving my food, I proceeded to finding a seat to eat. As I approached an empty seat the ice coffee on my tray fell off. I then quickly went to look for a staff member to tell them what has happened. The staff member I found was extremely kind and even offered to replace my ice coffee.
