My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

James is fantastic. He can tell you the difference between models of tv's, soundbars, cd players, pretty well everything. How they work, what they work with. He is unbelievable. James was able to help me on the phone after he finished work. I don't know much about new technology but he walked me through everything. The best sales person ever.
