Prompt, professional tree removal… everything done from the air with scissor arm and cherry picker truck...sawyer and groundcrew very safety conscious... Face screens, hardhats, ear protectors... had a large, scary 60-foot tree and they removed it beautifully. Branches chipped... blocks cut to manageable sizes, stacked neatly if requested, or they will haul them away if you prefer. Yard and alleyway raked, debris all removed. Richard's restoration work is fantastic. Antique tools, antique methods, antique paper used in restoration. I have used him many times for my 16th and 17th century books. If you want quick turn around times, he is not your man. But if you want quality, historically sensitive, rebinding of exceptional quality all at very reasonable prices - visit him.

Classes were hatha style classes, linking asanas in a flow-like sequence with emphasis on breathing and alignment.Open Door Yoga remains a predominantly hatha yoga studio. Power, restorative, prenatal, parent & baby, kids, yin & intermediate-advanced power yoga are also part of the schedule as well as many yoga and other workshops.Currently, Open Door Yoga has expanded to 4 locations:Main Street @ 15th, Main Street @ 14th, Commercial Drive and Kerrisdale (@ 6158 East Boulevard)Style of Yoga taught...We teach a hatha style yoga, linking asanas with breath and mindful awareness.
