I highly recommend Ben Tuck’s expertise and friendly work ethic as the owner/operator of Mini X Foundation Waterproofing company. He inspected my foundation wall cracks and provided a very competitive repair quote in comparison to other contractors. He explained the waterproofing process in detail and sent photographs of the procedure steps. The work was finished within one day. The repair fix has stood up against several heavy rainfalls. I am new to SFs (3 yrs). Man Ling Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant (except for 1 in Brockville) that I eat at, for a number of reasons:
First all of their food is MSG-free, is fabulous and always fresh (nothing heated up from 2 hours ago). The best egg rolls ever and my favourite is beef and green peppers. I have eaten there over 25 times and it's always perfect. Hats off to Man Ling. Don't forget the service, relaxed and friendly staff. My favourite restaurant of all time (a 10).

My all time favorite thrift store/ salvage shop. As a cheap-o and a DIY crafter. I love the old home renovation part... essentially people who renovate bring all of the old materials (doors, extra floorboards railing posts, windows, sinks etc. here instead of dumping them. You can buy retro on the cheep. Perfect for DIYers who need random materials but are flexible. Everything is super well priced. My one regret at moving to Ottawa is I'm now farther away from this store! <3
