I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I contacted James from Redecopp Security after a terrible experience I had with a previous locksmith company. James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house. A very efficient and reliable company. James is very attentive to detail and even cleaned up before leaving. Amazing service and quality work.
