The Kitchener Portuguese Club is a non-profit organization that has proudly served the Kitchener-Waterloo community since January 1969. We strive to cultivate, maintain and enrich our Portuguese heritage while trying to be a positive influence on our local community.Our board of directors organizes a large amount of varied events to bring people together at our Portuguese club facilities and to share time together as a community. Non-members are also invited and welcome to attend our events.
We are the labour organization, which represents over 2800 Uniform and Civilian members of the Peel Regional Police. Our Web site features information about our Association, our activities in the Community and links to resources within the Region of Peel. Members and their guests MUST be holstered trained (IPSC/PPC/CDP/IDPA) before they are permitted to engage in holstered firearms activities on any of our ranges. Swiping the door FOB does NOT meet the physical sign in requirements of the club.If you shoot on the rear IPSC ranges, make sure both the main and rear RANGE OPEN signs and RED FLAGS are set to show range activity.The club does not employ a range cleaning service.
