I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
