Great haircut but unfortunately a brush was pulled out of a drawer used to blow dry my daughters hair and a few days later she has a lice out break. There was absolutely no way she got it anywhere else as we don't leave home in the summer and hadn't been around other people. Certain it was from there. It's really too bad because they did an excellent job but won't be going back. Hopefully they will start to Soak their brushes between every use and change their barbecide more often ?

Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

I came to Micron after a few bad experiences at other clinics and was instantly struck by their authentic, informal and friendly approach. I suffer from trichotillomania. Rafay was extremely empathetic and helped allay my many fears. They were reassuring and really experienced. I love Mike. I have had him as my barber for 19 years now. My dad, who is another loyal patron of his, brought me along during one of his trims, and my very first. You can see it in the book for kids cuts. Even though I am off in University now, I always make sure to go down to Main st. To see him and freshen up my cut.
