In 1950 a chemist by the name Hy Earn made a major contribution to the agricultural industry by inventing an ointment that prevented cannibalistic tendencies among chickens suffering from a protein deficiency. We use current, best practice research in the field of youth development, social work, adventure therapy and experiential education to ensure that programs are safe, engaging, meaningful and challenging. We design programs that incorporate our core values, and themes from the participants' daily lives and agency defined therapeutic goals and aspirations for their groups.
