The Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic provides eight week group symptom management programs to individuals suffering from a range of psychological and physical disorders. Dr. Lynette Monteiro and Dr. Frank Musten are the co-directors of the clinic. They along with their senior teachers offer programs regularly throughout the year, As well they provide training to professionals aspiring to bring mindfulness skills to their professional practices. The Clinic also offers focused mindfulness training programs to public and private organizations that wish to include mindfulness training as part of their organization's Well-Being initiative.
