ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you.

We have been in Canada for 1 month and once we found this location we applied. Not only did we get a perfect call back, she followed up and supported up with all the processes for Newcomers. It's refreshing to see people who help with such dedication. I am in customer service and I rate this 5 star.
