I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together. I was pleased with the salesman in the Newmarket store. The bed was delivered in a timely manner and the young delivery men Ryan & John were great. They were polite, helpful, quick and efficient. I would definitely check JR’s first for any future furniture purchases.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.
