Shawn is awesome - really reasonable prices, and great work. He fixed my snowblower. When I got it, I couldn't get it going again (there was a kill switch I didn't know about). Shawn came over right away and showed me what I had done wrong...and refused to take money for the house call, even though it was clearly my own fault. He really cares about getting it right. Not only was Rogers service great but he actually suggested rebuilding our pump instead of simply replacing it- saving us a lot of money. While he was here is also inspected other aspects of our hot tub in hopes of preventing any unwanted surprises.
Roger and Chris were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. They always showed up on time and stand by their work.
A wonderful company we will definitely use again and happily refer to friends and family.
