I knew I would need to go back to what works for me, Crystal's boot camps. I was able to lose 40lbs with her help and become stronger than I had been in a few years. Crystal is a great trainer and keeps her classes enjoyable. I would recommend her classes to anyone, at any age, at any fitness level.
