My coaching is client-centered, and the process follows a simple approach. I design custom programs and deliver custom one-on-one personal training, based on the needs of the client. I serve all walks of life, and have many clients in the York Region and North York Region. I deliver in-home, one-on-one personal training and nutritional coaching based on the individual needs of the client. The training methods and protocols cater to the busy lifestyle of the client, so that the client will be able to improve and sustain an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as complete their daily tasks with greater ease.
All the teachers at Yoga Tree are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have gained a thorough knowledge of anatomy as well as the philosophy of yoga through the classes I have taken at the studio. I especially enjoy Jason's class, which has given me a new sense of freedom in breathing and movement in every aspect of my life, and has given me an extra dose of in-depth knowledge on how our minds and bodies work.
It's great how they are open minded about the various traditions of yoga and offer Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar and Kripalu. This was great when I first started yoga and didn't know what style of yoga I would like.Read more
