StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Toronto Downtown offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Ocean Avenue is a casual lifestyle brand that offers women’s clothing and accessories inspired by the beach and the outdoors. Julianna graduated from the Fashion Design program at Ryerson University and learned how to make handmade jewelry. She travelled to the west coast where she enjoyed making jewelry on the beach and spent her summer days by the ocean. Influenced by the casual style she sought comfort over fashion. After moving home, Julianna started her own business and launched her clothing line. Since 2012 she has been designing clothing and making handmade jewelry full-time. Ocean Avenue offers clothing that is comfortable, affordable and stylish. Julianna chooses renewable materials and eco-friendly textiles whenever possible. All items are handmade, or locally produced here in Canada. In June of 2015 Julianna opened her first retail store, the Ocean Avenue Boutique offers all styles from the brand itself as well as other handmade items from local artists.
