The best Indian restaurant in Toronto. The only restaurant on Gerrard with a constant line up (and think how many restaurants there are). A great buffet, always being replenished. Great variety of flavours and presentations. The bread is out of this world. If you order from the menu, the selection is even better. Every dish cooked fresh, and they will adjust the heat to your liking. Very attentive and polite servers. A beautifully decorated room. Do yourself a favour - go to Sidhartha tonight.

I love this place!! I go with my friends all the time and wow is it amazing! The food, staff and atmosphere is grrrreeeeaaaatttt!!!!!!! We have an awesome time when we go. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. This small place does it right! The food is absolutely excellent, and the wait staff are very helpful with a great attitude. Everyone in our party of six loved their dinners at Positano, plus the price was right, the service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Being able to bring our own wine was a nice bonus and lessens the impact on the wallet. The other nice thing was that they weren't rushing us out the door the minute we were finished, but allowed us to linger and chat. No wonder the place is packed. A reservation is a must if you want a table at this popular spot.

Charming atmosphere, beautiful chandeliers and old stone walls covered with vintage black and white photos. The food was excellent, and our server was absolutely lovely. A bit pricey, but really a wonderful experience overall. One thing to note is the two-hour limit on dining, which is best to know about in advance. If you have a group that wants to reunite, two hours is kind of short, but that's the policy.
