I had the pleasure of purchasing a full King size bed set and a new mattress from a employee named Vicky. She was extremely friendly and gave us the information that we needed. What I really liked was that she did not crowd us too much either. She asked what we were looking for, showed us where everything was, and let us browse. Kept an eye on us in case we looked lost, and made sure to quickly return to help us choose a great mattress to fit our comfort. Thank you again Vicky for helping us!

I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

I went several times to the St Laurent Ave location, and had excellent advice on various products. Their prices were better for same products elsewhere ( ie same brand, same sku) . My only concern is that they do not have a huge selection. but what they have is solid wood doors and great prices on cabinets and tubs and taps etc. in spite of that I was able to find everything there (except a toilet) for my new bathroom

not sure if the other reviewer knows how to do laundry or even tell difference between machines. all new dryers here that work well. 4 different size washers, different price for each size.
