Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. We had our water heater break and start leaking in the basement. We called this tankless company and they had a guy out to give us a quote within a few hours. We decided to go ahead with the installation and they prioritized us as we had no hot water. Within 36 hours we had a new tankless water heater installed. We have only been using the system for a few weeks now but it seem the exact same as the old water heater. We have yet to receive a gas bill so cant comment on energy savings yet.
