I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.
