Welcome To The Minto-Mapleton Family Health TeamThe Minto-Mapleton Family Health Team (FHT) consists of a group of health professionals working together with 8 primary care physicians and 4 nurse practitioners who have a combined patient roster of approx. 15,000 patients. While our corporate headquarters is located in Drayton, we also have offices in Palmerston, Clifford and Harriston and service the Minto and Mapleton communities.Using an interdisciplinary team approach to health promotion, prevention and chronic disease management, the FHT provides services promoting healthy lifestyle to improve your mental and physical well being. I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.Read more
