After completing the marketing and sales campaigns for various preconstruction condominium developments in Yaletown, East Vancouver, and Richmond, I moved on to other preconstruction condominium sales projects with Bosa Properties.After gaining extensive experience in the preconstruction property sales and marketing process, I became a real estate representative with one of Vancouver's most esteemed brokerage firms, Macdonald Realty, where I offered realty services to buyers and sellers. At Macdonald, I focused on offering sales, marketing, and staging services to sellers for properties on the resale market and as well as brokering contracts of purchase and sale for preconstruction properties between my own client base and many different prominent developers in the Lower Mainland.
