The Chef's Table is not to be missed at this charming Parkdale wine bar and tapas-style eatery. Diners get a chance to mingle with the cooking team, and watch their dinner get made. The atmosphere, courtesy of the room's collection of simple, candlelit tables, is as romantic as it is rustic, with sweet features like a ceiling-level clothesline hung with Parkdale-themed T-shirts. The wine list is extensive, and an extraordinary cocktail program rounds out the beverage offerings sweetly. Service is attentive and never cloying. Local's lighting (hand-crafted chandeliers adorn the place) and decor (chalkboard menus, vintage photos of Toronto behind the bar) are very chill, producing almost a lounge-y vibe (without bleating dance music in the background).
CiCi's has been a part of the Parkdale Village Community since the early nineties and remains a family-operated business. We love our customers and sometimes see them as our extended family. We love making fresh pizza with dough and sauce that we make fresh in-house everyday. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our business.

At Pizzeria Defina, there are many items we offer which many traditional pizzerias do not: such as butternut squash or duck confit. Sure, these are not traditional toppings but we are not a traditional pizzeria: We love to be creative and welcoming to modifications. Ask your server and we will see what we can do.If you have been seeking a warm and friendly, neighbourhood experience, come on in! Sit down with the kids and watch the pizza dough spin in the air. Grab a drink, try a wood fired Napoletana or Roma style pizza crust and then... relax.

After owning and operating Savorie Restaurant in Forest Hill for 11 years, Paul purchased Domani Restaurant and immediately fell in love with both the restaurant and the neighbourhood. Slowly and respectfully enhancing the 17 year Roncy favourite has proven to be an excellent approach as passionate diners continue to embrace this gem. Paul integrates his love and knowledge of wine into the wine selection, creating a perfect balance with every meal. Paul has proven that his passion for the industry and his determination to bring fine Italian service to every table is evident on every visit to the restaurant. Great food. Great Wine. Great Service.
I had heard terrific things about Domani, a restaurant run by a former pro footballer from Afghanistan who has worked at some of Toronto's top restaurants, and had to come down to High Park and see for myself. The service was very courteous, prompt, and personal. At no point did we even have to ask for anything because it was already taken care of. The food was exquisite, well-presented and skilfully prepared. The portions were large but despite being quite full it was too delicious to leave any behind. The desserts were absolutely amazing, though next time I would do without the espresso. Though Domani requires a bit of a journey, I have not eaten anywhere in Toronto where gourmet food of this quality is available at such a reasonable price and accompanied by such excellent service. Caffino is the very essence of Italy in Toronto. It was established just for the joy of getting together, eating, drinking and having a good time in a purely European atmosphere. Its mosaic décor and authentic cuisine separate it from other Italian restaurants. Favourites are served, such as pasta and a variety of pizzas as well as Grilled Atlantic Salmon and N. Y. Steak. It offers the best of both worlds, the old and the new. Catering is available for private functions. Reservations are suggested.
Click on our weblink to view the video and meet the owners! Toronto was first introduced to New York style pizza when the Pugliese family founded Vesuvio in 1957. Vesuvio has served the West Toronto area since Italian food was a novelty. Their recipes are always original and of the best quality. As the first and oldest pizzeria and spaghetti house in Toronto, they continue to be a family owned establishment and maintain the close attention given to their authentic Italian cuisine.
