Service was great and service like that I haven't experience anywhere else.

Mark and his team were all really knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. Service was provided quick and without questions asked all withing the time frame promised. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
