Dr. Russell moved back to White Rock, British Columbia in 1995 after spending 2 years in Kelowna, BC. He opened up the Semiahmoo Wellness Center with several health practitioners to offer an integrative approach to health care to the community. Dr. Russell uses a sound, rational, whole body approach in his diagnosis and evaluation of his patients. He believes the principle of prevention and identifying the cause of the problem is the key to attaining and maintaining optimal function and health.
