My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:)
