Since 2008, Next Level Performance Training has been the leader in athletic development and strength and conditioning in the Waterloo Region. Over the years we have worked with over 150 local sports teams and have trained dozens of elite athletes from the CHL, NCAA, National and Provincial Teams, and professional ranks. Rather than conducting group-based training sessions, our approach is highly individualized to the needs of each athlete by taking their age, sport, injury history, and abilities into consideration.
