MikvahMinder was first conceived by our lead developer Tuvia, about one year after his second son Dovie was born. (See photo on right) As with all great things MikvahMinder was inspired by Tuvia's wife, when she asked for his help as she had gotten a little rusty figuring out the different separation days.
The Spot offers programming for youth between the ages of 13-30. Using our resources, we are committed to directly engaging with youth to support and help youth in the community. Our various youth programs connect with youth and encourage them to make healthy lifestyle choices through social, educational, leadership, artistic and recreational programming. The Spot also offers regular outings as well as volunteer and employment opportunities. Our primary concern is the well-being of the youth in our community.

AFC, in partnership with local churches, is committed to establish, continue and propagate this mission among ethnic Chinese students in Canadian educational institutions. While AFC believes in the autonomy of student groups, we will provide leadership, guidance and training, promote and develop students in areas of evangelism, discipleship, leadership and world mission in order to prepare them to serve effectively in local churches, communities and the world.
