The B.C. Chinese Music Association (BCCMA) was formed in 1995 by enthusiastic Chinese music lovers who wished to promote Chinese music within our multicultural society. It provides a platform for Chinese music lovers and promotes Chinese music in the wider community. Its aim is to share Chinese musical culture with others to increase Canada's understanding of Chinese culture through music.

At Poco Happy Times Preschool, we offer a balanced, quality program with enthusiastic experienced staff who believes in a positive approach to teaching children. We also believe that children are active learners and that they alt learn in different ways and at their own rate. In mixed groupings of three and four year olds, we strive to meet each individual child's needs and potentials in all areas of their development. A safe nurturing environment encourages self-concepts through a program including art, music, language arts science, social interactions, and physical activities. Through play children learn to make sense of their world and need a wide variety of experiences to help them do this. We offer an exciting program that proms acceptance and diversity, social responsibility, artistic and creative development, physical strength and coordination, good health and well-being, imagination, and teamwork.

We create extended networks of support, invest in individual needs, and strive for an inclusive and safe community. What is a Developmental Disability?Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy and Down's Syndrome are three of the most common examples of developmental disabilities. Although these are common developmental disabilities, an innumerable variety of developmental disabilities exists.

John Russell graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1989, and has been in private practice since that time. John has received extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy and exercise science courses. He has been an international instructor of St. John Neuromuscular Therapy seminars, as well as Muscle Balance and Function exercise courses. John has been a member of an integrated health team with Dr. Khan and Dr. Yasin, as well as a Massage Therapist for the B.C. Lions of the Canadian Football League and the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League. John has completed the five years of study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2008. He continues to study and practice manual osteopathic technique.
