Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.
