At Account One Bookkeeping Services Inc, I am a self-employed bookkeeper who works with small to medium sized businesses in the Vancouver area. My work is contractual and off-site, although I can meet in person at any time. I meet prospective clients at their place of business for an initial meeting or any follow-up that is needed. I pick up or courier most data for my processing. I am soon to be a certified CGA CPA Hon. B. Comm. degree. I work with Quickbooks, Excel and Caseware, with most of my communication done online. When I am working on your books, if I have any questions, I will usually contact you via email, so you are able to respond at your leisure. When I have completed the period end, I will send an updated (online) copy of your Quickbooks or latest bookkeeping financial statements, receivables, payables & payroll reports, as you require in QB Excel or PDF format, whichever works best for you. At year end, data is sent back to my client or to the Accountant for processing.
